Release Form
Legally, we cannot scan or use any material that has been published or that
is copyrighted. Cartoons or images from magazine advertisements,
articles or other company check designs are prime examples of copyrighted
material. If you are not the owner of an image or photograph that you
would like to use, then you must get a signed Release Form before we
may use them. CardsYourWay.com and Checks Your Way Inc. provides these example forms as
a courtesy to our customers. We always accept ORIGINAL artwork not
related to copyrighted material.
"It is the position of Checks Your Way, Inc. that it is incumbent upon our customer to provide proof that they have permission to use the artwork, images, or photo(s) they are supplying to us for their check background. Only the copyright owner has such permission of use, or has obtained specific written permission from the copyright owner."
Images submitted for consideration must not contain
or depict profanity, nudity, violence, or
be generally unacceptable among the public at large. CardsYourWay.com and Checks Your Way
Inc. reserves the right to refuse to print any image or photograph
or other material for any reason.
